The term SMART stands for "Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound," which represents the goals and objectives of SMART city initiatives… a SMART city might use sensors and data analytics to optimize traffic flow and reduce congestion or implement a smart energy grid that monitors and manages energy usage in real-time. Some other key features of SMART cities include: Connected infrastructure, Citizen engagement, Sustainability, Improved public services and Economic growth.
