November 24, 2023
Hosted by Barbara Palmer
In this sixth episode of Coaching With A Twist (CWAT), Host, Barbara Palmer, interviews guest, Joseph Solomon II (Joe), a certified fitness trainer who specializes in family health and nutrition. He lives in Dover, Delaware with his wife and family, and was born in Stuttgart, Germany, in 1983, into a military family. He moved around a lot during his early years due to his family's military assignments. Eventually, he settled in Hampton, Virginia, where his life took a new turn. In Hampton, Joseph became known for his talent in sports. He excelled in wrestling, soccer, and football, earning awards in all three. His achievements in these sports helped him secure a full scholarship to Liberty University. It was at Liberty University that he met his future wife, Shoshana Solomon. He has faced and overcome personal and family health scares and has effectively helped hundreds of adults and high school athletes lose weight and achieve their full potential using a holistic approach that transforms the way people think, eat, and engage in fitness activities. Join us today as we have a conversation about the mind-body-spirit connection, healthy weight loss, and nutritional hacks that help adults and young people achieve overall fitness (wellbeing). It is our hope that you have several take aways that help you on your journey to vibrant or improved health and wellbeing, regardless of your age.
