Jordan is best known for developing The MAGNET® Stock Selection Process, a proprietary stock selection model that was one of the first to blend elements of value, growth and momentum. Mr. Kimmel was formally the President of The Magnet Investment Group, LLC. The firm operated independently for over twelve years, managing proprietary funds and serving as a sub-advisor to other prominent investment firms. During that time, the MAGNET® Stock Selection Process was licensed to John Nuveen and Company who issued Unit Investment Trusts, branded “GEMS”, applying the Magnet process to several different indices. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kimmel was a First Vice President at Dean Witter and an account executive at Paine Webber and A.G. Edwards. A graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Mr. Kimmel holds a BA in Economics and an MS in Urban Policy Sciences. He is also a graduate of The Bronx High School of Science.
