Ida welcomes her Guest Co-Host, Henry Lawrence -3 time Super Bowl Veteran; Special Guest Attorney Mel Owens, former first round draft choice out of Michigan for the Rams and now a Workers Compensation and Disability Specialist for NFL Players; and Bernie Parrish. former Florida Gator, Cleveland Brown and one of the architects of 1962 Collective Bargaining agreement that created the Players Association (NFL Union) prior to a threat of an anti-trust lawsuit by the players. The discussions will shift to the June 26, 2007, Congressional Opening Statement of Attorney Douglas Ell of the Groom Law Group, that has been the Plan Counsel of the Bert Bell/Pete Rozelle NFL Player Retirement Plan since 1994.
