It is that time again. The Super Bowl XLIV is a month away on February 7, 2010 at the Miami Dolphin Stadium. Although we don't know who going to play in the big game, many pre-Super Bowl events are already in place. Snoop Dogg and the California All-Stars will go against the Florida All-Stars on February 6Th in Miami and Thaddeus Bullard, professional athlete and Corporate Executive will be here to talk to our host, Ida Muorie about the coaching line-up and the pre-event happenings. On February 4, 2010, the Johnny L. Cochran Salute to Excellence Awards will be handed out. Ida's special guest will be NFL great, John Wooten. John is the Chairman of Fritz Pollard Alliance and FPA Foundation, who oversees these awards. The Alliance and Foundation mission is to promote diversity and equality of job opportunity in the coaching, front office and scouting staffs of the National Football League ("NFL") teams, NCAA College and Historical Black Colleges. John will give us his report card of the NFL, NCAA and Historical Black Colleges for 2009. Sportsmavericks listeners come and listen to the people behind Super Bowl XLIV (44th) scene.
