Episode Description
Jo Ann Glim’s professional life placed her in uncharted positions where vision, focus, and interpersonal skills were key elements for success. However, it wasn’t until she retired, endured the grief from the death of a grandchild, and experienced a debilitating stroke that her true vocation became clear. Glim is Founder and President of the Children’s Memorial and Garden’s, a non-profit organization. The organization’s vision: is connecting gardens dedicated to the memory of our children through a national registry; and raising awareness as to the affects and complexities of child-loss grief.
