Ida Muorie, "Oprah of Sports" will welcome special guest Todd M. Kays, Ph.D to discuss his new book, "Sports Psychology for Dummies," that was co-authors with Leif H. Smith, Psy.D. Ida will explore the four premises of the book: "Set and Reach Your Goals; Play Your Best Under Pressure; Develop Winning Habits; and Bounce Back from Adversity." Ida and her guest will make the corollary to some of the same issues athletes experience, that rising entertainers experience as well. Ida guest will be surprise how similar these issues can be when you read recent stories about Lindsay Lohan, Michael Jackson, Gary Coleman, Tiger Woods, Ben Roethlisberger, Vince Young and Reggie Bush.
