God 1st, Jesus is Lord of my life.
I was born in Brooklyn, New York. Full Name is R-kal Truluck, first name is Swahili meaning Ruler of the Lake. It’s pronounced ARE- Kal. Many call me “TRU.”
I’m a 12year pro-football veteran; I played in 3 leagues (NFL, CFL, and AFL) for such teams as the Green Bay Packers, Arizona Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs, Montreal Allouettes, Detroit Fury, and Washington Redskins.
I have hosted the Inside the Trenches Radio Show since 2007 and Inside the Trenches LIVE/TV since 2009. I have been a motivational public speaker for 10+ years and I am the Kids Football Activity Instructor for Lifetime Fitness.
In my collegiate and professional career, I played at SUNY Cortland Division III and went to the NFL, playing pro 1997-2009. I was the first player at Cortland to play Pro Football. In 1998, I was Defensive Player of the Week in my Week 1 debut Saskatchewan Roughriders vs. Toronto Argonauts with the CFL. In 2001 Arena Football I was Rookie of the Year and the first true defensive player to win the award. In 2002 I won the Arena Football’s Lineman of the Year, leading the AFL in sacks10.5. I joined the NFL Kansas City Chiefs in 2002 where I was given the Coaches Award for Best Newcomer of the year. I made another stop back to the CFL 2006 and played in my first Championship (Grey Cup). My last stop before retiring was with the AFL Georgia Force in 2008 and finally from the game of football in 2009.
Born in Erie PA 9/2/70 Married to my beautiful wife Tina with 4 beautiful daughters, 1 grand daughter and 1 grand son born the same day 3 years apart! I grew up in a low income household with my mother. My father skipped out when I was 6, just recently was reconnected with him and my half sister and half brother. I have been the black sheep of the family since the day I was born. In my childhood is when I found music which altered me away from sports, I have played football, baseball and basketball till I got my first guitar. The heavy metal band Judas Priest has always been my cup of tea, so to speak. This is where my name comes into play. When I was 13 I sewed a Judas Priest hand painted album cover on my leather vest and from that momement on everyone started calling me "Priest". So much so that hardly anyone but my family knew my real name. I tried finding my way threw music, came so close that I had a contract offered to my band but my singer had left the band and we could not find a replacement. But we did record a demo. The bands name was "The Final Generation". View Guest page

Larry M. Klukaszewski
Larry M. Klukaszewski, pronounced Klu-ka-shev-ski, is an elementary school teacher who is successfully running his own sports art company, Larry Klu Productions. He has been inspired by his family and students, past and present, in creating his art and this website. After continually telling his students to pursue their dreams in life, "Mr. K." decided that it was time to practice what he had been preaching and to begin work on his childhood dream of becoming an artist. In November 2007, he left his house one cold night to sell some simple sketches as Christmas presents from the back of his Blazer, and less than five years later, he can now say that his work resides in the collections of many prominent athletes, past and present, most recently, Sidney Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penguins. "Steeler Nation" was able to watch Larry on the Hines Ward Show in December 2008 as he presented the host with a hand-painted authentic game helmet containing beautiful artwork done to celebrate Mr. Ward's brilliant career. Hines, in fact, remarked that it was "very detailed." However, Larry's proudest moment came when he was able to personally deliver a custom painted NFL Duke portrait ball of Mr. Rooney to him during a visit to the Steeler Chairman's office. The ball can now be seen permanently displayed by the Steelers in the Great Hall at Heinz Field. Larry continues to do work for professional athletes and their charities. He is currently working on projects for James Farrior's 51 Foundation and Heath Miller's annual Glimmer of Hope event which raises money in the fight against breast cancer. "Klu" has also recently become the official artist of the premiere Steelers fan club in the world, the "Steel City Mafia." The "mafia" is an organization well known for uniting Steeler fans and families while remembering to give back to charities across the country. This wonderful organization bestowed upon Larry its highest honor in September 2010 by making him an honorary boss. "Klu" was proudly pinned by Steeler great, John "Frenchy" Fuqua at the mafia's annual sitdown banquet in Pittsburgh View Guest page

She volunteered her time to several civic and community groups, including the Davie/Cooper City Chamber of Commerce, PTA, HRS, Red Cross, and the Library Advisory Board, while balancing the demands of home and work. As a Commissioner, Lori championed such causes as fiscal restraint, less bureaucracy, environmental protection, the rights of domestic violence victims, public safety, economic development, mass transit and improved health services, including the need for a pediatric pathologist. Dedicated to the equal treatment of all citizens, she has won praise for her efforts to open opportunities for women and minorities, and was inducted into the Broward County Women's Hall of Fame on March 15, 1997. Avid Speaker and children’s author, Cleous Young is a man with a dedicated vision. Born in St. Thomas, Jamaica, Young is a former school teacher who became inspired to embrace his literary gift and desire to educate by founding the Non-Profit Organization The Hope-Full Fountain and authoring children’s books. His published works include The Prophetic Artist, The Seasonal Celebration, the Magical Rug and the new interactive eco-friendly CD-Rom, The Mountain of Miracles. The one of a kind interactive CD-Rom is Young’s newest God given creation that he has offered to the market; something that is different from the ordinary paperback or hardcover. Young’s personal credo is that ‘a mustard seed of faith’ can grow into a forest if time is invested into nurturing and nourishing it. It is this philosophy and his personal experiences which he credits with making him the person he is today and the person he will become tomorrow. He seeks to educate others of this proven testimonial manner, particularly children through his inspirational messages. Young first became interested in writing for children after penning the love poem The Prophetic Artist, which later inspired his first book of the same name. His admiration for the innocence of children made authoring children’s works seem like a natural transition and since that time he has developed a strong commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people. Cleous Young currently resides in, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he works on growing his Non-Profit Organization while overseeing his newly formed vision he titles 'Unconventionally Education on the GO.' In this vision, Young spends valuable time in organizing unconventional educational products that can be taken on the GO. This is his way of spreading the gospel of education. He is also available for speaking engagements and workshops. For more information on Mr. Young, please visit www.themountainofmiracles.com View Guest page
