Episode Description

Non-profit organizations represent a huge segment of the nation’s – and the world’s – commerce. One of the largest is the Boys & Girls Clubs of America; more than 100 years old and 4,400 separate clubs across the nation and on U.S. military bases around the world. Focusing on one Club, the Boys & Girls Club of the West Valley, in the Los Angeles area, guests will include author and Club officer Martin Cooper, who is donating profits of his new book to the Club, as well as the Club’s chairman, president and vice president, explaining who the Clubs serve, services they provide, and their links to the business community.
