Every teen needs to know how to manage money. In our show today, our hosts Chan Dara Paschal and Steven Zhou interview two experts plus two teen field reporters with big dollar news. Eric Pawlakos shares two great apps in The App Rap with Borrowing for College and the Student Loan Calculator. If you are on your way to university, you need to hear this segment. Ron Melvin, Manager of US Bank in Lafayette, California, gives practical tips on managing finances, opening bank accounts, and putting away pennies in that piggy bank. Bare Bones Biz President, Ellen Rohr lights up the airwaves with super simple strategies to prosperity and wealth. Her book, “Where Did the Money Go?” is a great guide for youth to start saving. University of Oregon freshman field reporter, Rachel Glass talks about fundraising for charity and the importance of putting money where your mouth is.

Broadcasting since 2011, twenty-seven young people from around the United States have regularly shared their passions and interests as hosts and reporters on Express Yourself! These teens are not afraid of the tough topics and thrill at the opportunity of interviewing a variety of guests including authors, actors, Olympians, scientists, musicians, poets, and experts of varied disciplines.
