Ida Muorie kicks off her 2012 season with La Var Arrington, 3x Pro Bowler and First Round draft pick by Washington Red Skins in 2000. LaVar finished his Professional Football career with New York Giants in 2007, and then launched a sports announcer career with Comcast. In 2008 La Var continued his ascent in the Sports Industry by launching a Sports Management agency, where he dictated how he thought an athlete should be trained for the Senior Bowl and Combine. The outgrowth of this experience, lead LaVar to Sports Training Industry. In 2009, Lavar became a Spokesperson and Co-Founder of Xtreme Procision. Xtreme Procision is a state-of-art- football training system that will revoluntinize the sports industry. The methodology and philosophy puts safety first and gets back to the fundamentals of the sport. XP uses a patent pending body-mapping technoiques to train amateur athlete on maneuvers used by professional athletes. In 2011, XP received outstanding reviews at the AYF National Championship in Orlando in December. XP is a hands-on program for parents with kids from 5-18, and for coaches and trainers working with athlete to get them to the next level.
