Pit Pass USA with Larry Henry Wednesday, January 11, 2012
January 11, 2012
Hosted by Larry Henry
We kickoff our 2012 season of new shows with an All Star lineup. A.J. Allmedinger has gone from driving for the King, Richard Petty, to driving for the Captain, Roger Penske. We talk to AJ about the move and the opportunity. Add Courtney Force to the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series Funny Car lineup in 2012. 15-time Champ John Force’s daughter will head down the strip full time beginning next month in Pomona. We’ll try and slow her down long enough to chat. IndyCar driver Alex Tagliani has a new ride for the 2012 Izod IndyCar Series and it’s with the team that won the Indianapolis 500, Bryan Herta Autosport. Tags stops by. And the 50th Rolex 24 is just a little over two weeks away. Sun Trust Racing is geared up after a strong test at Daytona in their new Corvette Daytona Prototype. Co-driver Ricky Taylor will join us.
Pit Pass USA with Larry Henry
Wednesday at 4 PM Pacific Time on VoiceAmerica Sports Channel
Pit Pass USA is about all forms of racing. Pit Pass USA prides itself on not just being about Nascar or IndyCar or NHRA, or any one particular series.
Pit Pass USA has conversations, not interviews with drivers, owners, crew chiefs, series officials, crew members and even the media. We want to hear their story, find out what makes them tick, and get their viewpoint on the sport.
One thing that we strive for on Pit Pass USA is bringing the untold story to race fans. That’s why one of our key goals is to talk to those that may not get much media attention but are working just as hard as the stars of the sport to make their dreams come true.
Pit Pass USA is broadcast live every Wednesday at 4 PM Pacific Time on the Power Up Motorsports Series on the VoiceAmerica Sports Channel.
