When was the last time you looked in the mirror and felt beautiful and sexual? For many of you, it may have been awhile. Here’s why. In the U.S. 80% of women do not have a positive body image; 97% of women dislike a part of their bodies; over 10 million women have eating disorders; and at least 60% of women are sexually repressed! The fact that so many women are feeling disconnected to their inner beauty and sexuality is tragic. Today on the show Coach Betty Louise will help us rediscover or discover for the first time how to enjoy our beauty and sexuality. She will begin by sharing her own story of sexual healing and a return to wholeness. Betty Louise will discuss how sexual wellness is the path to freedom, how a woman’s true nature is to be beautiful and sexual, how sex is a form of pleasure medicine that works, that sensuality is the first step to sexuality and how loving ourselves from the inside out will help our planet.

Dr. Susan Allison
Dr. Susan Allison has a doctorate in transpersonal psychology and maintains a private practice in Santa Cruz, California. She is also an ordained and licensed interfaith minister, a clinical hypnotherapist, a shamanic practitioner, a healer and healing coach, and practices energy medicine using Reiki and The Reconnection. She is the author of three books: Conscious Divorce, Ending a Marriage with Integrity, published by Three Rivers Press; Breathing Room, by Park Place Publishers; and recently, Empowered Healer, Gain the Confidence, Power and Ability to Heal Yourself, through Balboa Press/Hay House. She has been published dozens of times for her poetry and creative non-fiction, has been honored as a Woman of the Year in California for her counseling work, and currently sees herself as an empowering healing coach. Her mission is to help the planet heal, by helping its people become more empowered, transformed and fulfilled.
