Cultivating curiosity at work or at home requires an open mind, clear thinking, careful review of the evidence before you, and deliberate mentoring. My guest, Timothy Chi, is the founder and CEO of WeddingWire, the co-founder of Blackboard, Inc. in 1998, the father of two young girls, and is uniquely qualified to share his views on the role and value of curiosity as a mentoring and development strategy in business and in parenting.
