Episode Description
Is your stomach always acting up? Maybe you’re just tired all the time. You have frequent headaches, or you can’t sleep at night. So, you go to the doctor and he or she examines you, asks questions, runs lab tests. They don’t reveal an identifiable illness, so you get no answers. “It doesn’t mean there’s nothing wrong,” say physicians Steve and Sandi Amoils, co-medical directors of the Alliance Institute for Integrative Medicine in Cincinnati and the authors of “Get Well & Stay Well, Optimal Health through Transformational Medicine” (www.getwell-staywell.org). Transformational Medicine makes use of all effective therapies, both conventional and alternative, to achieve remarkable results in treating and preventing illness. This discussion will focus on the tools to transform stress to success and find optimal balance in your health before those vague symptoms become real illness.
