Mr. Gann, co-founder of D & Y Labratories, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science UCM with post-graduate work in Physics. The 4th form or “phase” of water that is still pure H2O but is a dry solid (white-ish powder) at normal room temperature and pressure. You can set it out on the kitchen counter and it will sit there indefinitely and continue in its dry solid form. Even at temperatures far below or above 72 degrees F. it remains a dry solid, but also remains strictly H2O. This discovery has countless ramifications. But some of the more fascinating aspects of this discovery for show listeners is the overwhelming evidence now that this “phase” of water is produced naturally at the cellular level by most if not all life forms, and certainly in higher life forms from plants on up.
