Before joining Boston market, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Carrabba's Italian Grill, leading the marketing team in a turnaround of the Carrabba's brand by leading all marketing strategy, new product development, advertising and promotion of the brand. Sara has been an instrumental leader in process development and is a proven innovator and idea generator, achieving positive results for companies facing difficult barriers or obstacles. Second guest is JoAnn Favia, President of the Favia Group a firm that manages over 100 million in assets. While raising two children a single mother and sole wage earner JoAnn is considered in the top 1 per cent of world wide advisors. JoAnn has had a 25 her career, as a top woman producer carving out a path in a male dominated industry.JoAnn will share her unique plan on how she became successful.

Deanne is diverse in careers from scientist, college instructor, management trainer, Fortune 500 Manager, author to entrepreneur. She is a much sought after speaker and business coach who blends the spirit of change, life-long learning, and adaptability.

For more than 20 years Deanne has worked with managers and individuals to help break through personal and career roadblocks with her innovative strategies. She offers her abilities as a leader, certified business coach, and educator to corporations and organizations globally.
