Episode Description

What does it do to our cells, our biochemistry, our body's flow of vital life force energy when we say yes? Yes to something someone is offering us, or yes to some new level of expansion that we know we require, yes to increased levels of ease, and joy and abundance to whatever it is that is going to bring that? Compared to saying no, and what that does to our system's blossoming. We'll explore the physical impact on us and then on our psyche and then on our lives when we choose yes and when we choose no, when presented with something as simple as receiving a gift or receiving a new love or receiving a new level of abundance. Most times this involves coming up against the edge of the mind with its preference for the status quo. And then there's the subconscious conditioned beliefs that come into play. So if we don't believe we're deserving of this new opportunity at a level we're not even conscious of typically, then we'll go through our lives more typically shut down, in "no."

There is so much potential for us to be and have way more than the average person is aware. Even if you've been working within the metaphysical world, there's still so much clearing of old beliefs needed. Once we get beyond all that, beyond the old and the everyday mind, and we've learned the tools to deal with our minds and beliefs and make our minds our ally, there is a whole other world that opens up to us, a world working with consciousness, or vital life force energy, that's within us and all around us!

The new sciences have proven this existence of the greater field of consciousness that matches what Alison found in her 10 years in Asia that the ancient cultures observed about the nature of life. Join her and leading pioneers in a cross section of fields as they present the tools, healings and clearings to help you see what else is possible!

These are the keys for our mind-body-spirit systems to thrive, way beyond what our current system leads us to believe!

Alison J. Kay, PhD Holistic Life Coach & Energy Healer, has helped many understand and transform from their self-sabotaging behaviors and core energetic patterns behind their suffering - whether it's physical illness, mental depression, emotional angst or spiritual crisis - into the Higher Self; a new and improved, lighter versions of themselves. She recently returned from living in Asia for the past ten years where she studied the longevity, health & wellness practices of the ancient cultures there, from their use of subtle energies.

Finally, to assist in her ability to ground the spiritual into the physical, Alison is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, with 20 years of vegetarian eating, and 25 years of endurance athleticism & weight training.

This year, Alison published her first book with Hay House's Balboa Press, entitled What if There's Nothing Wrong? As Alison builds her platform between her radio show, book, clients, products & workshops, she's asking “So if our minds didn't find anything wrong, would we then create our best lives ever? What else is possible?”
