Episode Description
Spiritually speaking, the purpose of relationships is to propel us into growth. So what is the growth that can happen? Believe it or not, there is a specific path of evolution that occurs in relationships. The path starts with the Dependency Phase -- when you are dependent on another person to feel whole; moves into the Independent Phase -- when you learn to feel whole yourself; and eventually moves into the phase of Deep Union and Connection -- when you embark on an ongoing practice of deepening your love with your partner. On this episode of The Truth About Love, Shelly will discuss these three phases of intimacy, help you identify which phase you are in, and give you tools to evolve to the next level of love.
