She holds an MBA in International Business and Finance and is a doctoral candidate, Georgia State University. She holds certificates in Emerging Market Strategies, Georgia State University and Venture Capital Executive Program, Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. In 2013, Pamela received the 2013 Enterprising Women of the Year award from Enterprising Women Magazine. This award honors women business owners who have demonstrated that they have fast-growth businesses, mentor or actively support other women and girls involved in entrepreneurship, and stand out as leaders in their communities. In addition to receiving numerous awards in business and leadership she is a member of the World Affairs Council of Atlanta and the International Economic Development Council.
