David Armstrong, Portfolio Manager, is primarily responsible for working with advisory firms and investors to understand tactical asset allocation as they assess Good Harbor and its investment strategies. With 27 years of professional experience, David's previous companies include Honeywell, RR Donnelley and Oracle. Prior to joining Good Harbor, he was a director of research conducting analysis on the nature and structure of competition in the credit card market for financial firms. David earned a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Knox College.

After 16 years at a regional wire house where buy and hold and stock selection were an everyday system of managing money, he felt the old school idea of tackling asset allocation was outdated, and founded Weston Banks Wealth Partners. Picked three years in a row as a top advisor in North Carolina by the National Association of Board Certified Advisory Practices, his firm is dedicated to providing Wealth Plans tailored to help pursue unique and specific goals. His philosophy is driven by a deep understanding that the media has a constant effect on investment portfolios and investment success. Jason has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary professional designation from Fiduciary 360. He has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility. His additional professional credentials include Series 7, 63, 65, Certified College Planning and life and accident and health insurance. Jason has lived in Raleigh, North Carolina since childhood. He and his wife, Amanda, have three sons, Granville, Fletcher and McCauley. Their sons’ middle names, Weston and Banks, are the root of the firm’s name.
