Leading with a generous heart is one of the numerous traits of Vector East’s President, Albert DiLeonardo. Al’s generosity with his dynamic team of managers and employees runs deep. As such, Al has developed leaders who are not only effective at work, but are also very giving and charitable themselves. One of Al’s favorite things to do is to share his time, energy, talents and life experiences with the people who work with him. As a result, those team members not only feel dedicated to their work, but also feel as if they are part of an extended and supported family. There is no denying the generosity and passion that Al brings to his work as President of Vector East.
