Realizing the need for enhanced human competencies in fast-paced, high-tech organizations, she was inspired to conduct research in the areas the communication, collaboration, innovation, adaptability, and leadership. This led to the unveiling of links between the global economy, organizational dynamics and complexity science, highlighted in her second book, Business Intelligence Success Factors, Aligning for Success in a Global Economy (Wiley/SAS, 2009).
Olivia lectures and consults internationally in the areas of business intelligence, communication, innovation, and leadership. Her current research is focused on psychology, human capital, brain science, quantum physics, evolutionary biology, systems theory, and complexity science. She holds a BA in Mathematics and an MS in Statistics.
