Cathy Greenberg’s newest book, “Fearless Leaders: Sharpen Your Focus” launches soon. It explores how fearless leaders can profit from becoming more emotionally intelligent and present in their lives and work, and outlines a plan of action for improving one's mindfulness. It also includes a multi-level “business in a box” for coaching and human-performance experts. Dr. Relly Nadler and Dr. Cathy Greenberg will discuss her book, and they’ll be exploring how new findings in neuroscience, and the understanding what we call mindfulness, help shape what makes a fearless leader. Her book also looks at stories of people who represent fearless leaders, and how we can learn from their examples. They’ll discuss some of these revealing stories of personal achievement and growth.
