A total health package is composed of a healthy mind, a healthy body, and a healthy spirit. For a calm and productive mind, it is necessary to consistently engage in a combination of progressive muscular and mental relaxation. Regular physical exercise is the most effective preventive health measure. For cardio respiratory fitness, walking is highly recommended because it involves large muscle groups, puts minimal strain on the joints, and does not require experience or equipment. For muscular strength and endurance, one needs calisthenics, which are better done in a gymnasium where they can be properly supervised. For flexibility, one needs stretch exercises. For a healthy body composition, aerobic exercises will help to reduce body fat. To achieve the appropriate body weight for height will entail habituating oneself to a proper dietary regimen. Finally, one must adopt the right attitude to living by striking the correct balance in the interplay of all aspects of one's life.
