It’s a trip down memory lane to the days of our childhood with hosts Henna Hundal and Asya Gonzalez plus an interview with Joey’s daughter on the TV series, Melissa and Joey. The Gift of Giving Reporter, Katelyn Darrow kicks off the show with her summer edition of suggestions for kids to have fun while making a difference. On a more somber note, Global Youth Reporter, Ryan Sim exposes the poverty of over 600,000 people living in the favelas of Brazil within kicking distance of the World Cup and the plight of children forced to survive through prostitution. Spunky pint size actress, Jada Facer talks about her role on the new TV series as well as how she likes to spend her extra time on and off the set. Through collaboration and conversation, a global campus of young people express their views. Broadcasting since 2011, twenty-seven young people from around the United States have regularly shared their passions and interests as hosts and reporters on Express Yourself! These teens are not afraid of the tough topics and thrill at the opportunity of interviewing a variety of guests including authors, actors, Olympians, scientists, musicians, poets, and experts of varied disciplines.
