This week we have two guests that were on a mission to be successful. Both of these women faced difficult obstacles. One in the field of Aviation the other with a disability. Our first guest is Captain Nancy Novaes. Nancy was drawn the the world of flying by her grandfather. At the time airline pilots were all men. She was one of the early pioneers that paved the way for women today. Learn about her journey and how she overcame some the obstacles. Nancy few for a major airline both nationally and internationally, flying the big Boeing Aircraft. Our second guest is Camille Caffarelli. Drawing on her life experiences of being blind since birth and living in a sighted world she decided to support the needs and interests of people who are blind. Her company has had a major influence on providing access to materials, information and activities for persons who are blind or visually impaired. These women will give some solid advice on how to conquer challenges and be successful.

Deanne is diverse in careers from scientist, college instructor, management trainer, Fortune 500 Manager, author to entrepreneur. She is a much sought after speaker and business coach who blends the spirit of change, life-long learning, and adaptability.

For more than 20 years Deanne has worked with managers and individuals to help break through personal and career roadblocks with her innovative strategies.
