The buzz: IoT.The Internet of Things (IoT) has replaced Big Data as our most-hyped technology. But IoT is already more than hype. Some analysts say IoT is the new battleground for capturing user mindshare. To participate fully in today's digital ecosystem, you need the scale, insight, agility to grow your business. Could API management be the answer? The experts speak. Craig McNeil, Accenture: “You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else” (Albert Einstein). Chet Kapoor, Apigee: “By 2020, there will be 50 billion connected devices. Where you see a device, we see data and APIs.” Darren Crowder, SAP: The Web as I envisaged it, we have not seen it yet.
