These three little words embody my beliefs and are at the heart of my nutritional wellness practice. Join me to discover how you are unintentionally holding yourself back and how several small yet dramatic steps can move you towards better health

You know blueberries are good for you, but you don’t know why. You’re considering going gluten-free, but not sure what gluten is. You’re eating well but on thyroid medication, not sleeping well, and gaining more weight than ever. What’s going on?
Despite the plethora of information about food and nutrition, we are getting sicker and fatter every year. Nutritional wellness starts with the right food, but there’s so much more that’s affecting your health.
Nutritional Wellness Beyond Food looks at why we're not being nourished by what we eat. For example, what are the causes of digestive and hormonal imbalances that could be at the root of declining health? How do skipping breakfast, rewarding yourself with a glass of wine after work, and engaging in mindless habits thwart your efforts? Have you considered how the food industry and government directly impact your health? Join us to discover the many healing solutions to help you attain health, wellness and longevity.
