One of his legacies: the creation of Disney Great Leader Strategies, used to train 7000 leaders at Walt Disney World. Lee is sought after by organizations worldwide including the U.S. Military, to speak on leadership & life. He led seminars for soldiers in Iraq, on using their leadership skills to re-enter the workforce, & making a successful emotional transition from military to civilian life.
