Once you have a toxic environment it is hard to turn it around. My guests, Laura Crawshaw author of "Taming the Abrasive Boss" and Lynda Prendergast, will be sharing their unique approach to turning an abrasive boss around. Leaders don't start out to be abrasive but somehow they get there for a variety of reasons.
