Join us this week as we discuss a topic that can often be challenging for mothers and daughters: Claiming your Own Power. We will be joined this week by two guests, Mother and Daughter, Aurora Juliana Ariel, PhD and Mariah Brown. Both are very successful accomplished women who were each finalists for Hawaii Business Woman of the Year. Mariah was the winner in the for-profit category. With our guests, we will discuss the intricacies of the mother daughter relationship and what can come forward when one or both is very successful. We'll ask a number of questions and provide our responses to questions such as: "How do you as a daughter claim your own power when you have a very successful mother? What advice do you have for successful mothers raising daughters who are less successful in the working world? And vice versa? What did you find helpful in your experience of coming into your own and out of the shadow of your mother? We hope you join us for this very exciting topic!

Our goal is to educate and coach women on healthy, loving and fulfilling mother-daughter relationships. From the day we became a family, Elizabeth, Danielle, and Melissa have been a team. Together, we have experienced challenge and heartache, joy and celebration. Throughout it all, we have maintained an honest, caring, open relationship with one another. We have experienced times of anger, jealousy, and sadness just like any other family, yet we have maintained a deep faith in the love we have for one another. Our intention with this radio show is to share honestly and openly our experiences in the hopes that it may help you grow into the honesty and openness of whom you truly are.
