December 2, 2014
Hosted by Jennifer Wren Tolo RN, MA
Health care today has gotten to be symptom management, insurance directed health care which often times creates many chronically ill "lost" in the health care system. Integrative, or Allopathic Medicine is a whole person health focus with a more comprehensive approach. Understanding your body, your options and tests that can get to the root of the problem is important as YOU are the director of your care. Dr. Andrew Lenhardt, a Family Medicine Physician with a passion for integrative health will be on to discuss what he has learned in his research for his book, "The Best of All Worls: A family doctors path to Integrative Medicine". We will share challenges of practicing whole health today, as well as tips on what to test for, how to navigate the system and what you can do for better health today.
