Episode Description

Rather than getting caught up in another 2015 forecast, Engage is focusing on the here and now. Dropping oil prices, changes in the Eurozone, and the beginning of a fresh political agenda dominate the headlines. Tune in to hear what our guests have to say about the markets and political landscapes as they evolve. Greg Valliere of Potomac Research Group covers all things D.C. and will help us understand the state of US politics at the start of a new year. Global market strategist Michael Woolfolk of BNY Mellon will share his thoughts on European markets as they face deflation and intervention by the ECB. Finally, we’ll have legendary commodities trader Dennis Gartman to discuss energy prices and how that affects investing strategies for 2015. As always, we end with my key takeaways and what it means for business and investors. Get the podcasts on iTunes after you download the free podcast app. Then search for "Engage with Andy Busch."
