First woman in the world to climb Mount Everest, the world’s highest mountain, from both its north and south sides Cathy O’Dowd and Spider-Man TV vocal actress Misty Lee are the special featured guests this week. One woman, Cathy O'Dowd, who had a fear for heights, lacked confidence but had discipline and determination overcame the world’s biggest challenge and was the first woman to successfully climb Mount Everest, the world’s highest mountain, from both its north and south sides. Another has spent her life as a passionate actress who has used her vocal pipes to work in a wide range of vocal endeavors. Cathy faced the worst storm in history of Everest, giant avalanches, and has experienced the thrill of the summit and the reality of failure, and has paid the ultimate price with the loss of fellow climbers. Deanne is diverse in careers from scientist, college instructor, management trainer, Fortune 500 Manager, author to entrepreneur. She is a much sought after speaker and business coach who blends the spirit of change, life-long learning, and adaptability.
For more than 20 years Deanne has worked with managers and individuals to help break through personal and career roadblocks with her innovative strategies.
