Living In Harmony with Nature
February 10, 2015
Hosted by Ann Holaday
A big part of managing health is lifestyle and a part of lifestyle is living in harmony with nature, with ourselves and the world around us. Our earth is a living organism made up of the five elements which support life. What we see in nature took billions of years to evolve to where even the simplest forms of life could exit. Yet, in what is a nano-second in terms of the life of the Universe, humans are collectively destroying our mother earth. We may feel there is nothing we can do, but if each and every one of us takes care of our own health, our own family and our little part of the world that we are responsible for, collectively we can make a difference. Only we can change the chain of cause and effect. There are more of us than there are of those responsible for the earth’s destruction. My guest Geoff Lawton is a warrior in his quest to educate the world in permaculture, natures way of sustaining the soil in which healthy plant life thrives, the keystone of life on earth.
