Co-authors Dr. Stephen Hupp and Dr. Jeremy Jewell shatter the top myths that most parents believe about time-outs, childhood vaccines, breast feeding, bed sharing and more. Hupp and Jewell draw on examples from a variety of contemporary TV shows and feature films to illustrate the mixed messages about healthy child development presented in the media. Kathryn also interviews Hemp Industries Association Founder Chris Boucher on the topic “Introducing a Cannabis Conversation about the Legal Marijuana Industry”. What exactly is medical marijuana? Is it the same as recreational marijuana? Is marijuana the same as cannabis? Vice President of Product Development at CannaVest Chris Boucher gives us a little "Cannabis 101" to discuss the issues of legalization and the benefits that legal cannabis and hemp products can have on our physical and mental health.

Kathryn's interviewed thousands of guests including lifestyle experts, celebrities, authors, lawyers, psychiatrists, physicians and dieticians. At Albany Medical College she has trained doctors and medical students to communicate effectively with their patients. She's an actor who can be seen on the Sopranos and Law and Order and even admits to modeling for AARP! She has Masters' Degrees in Social Work and Counseling Psychology and is a graduate of the New School of Radio and Television. Much background for her show comes from traveling the world and raising three boys now in their twenties - a rock star, an actor and a film maker. There's also one ex-husband, one boyfriend, two brothers and an aging mom!
