Mastering Creative Leadership
May 29, 2015
Hosted by Moe Glenner
With all of the 'tried and true' attributes of leadership, creative seems to be always left out. Ultimately, our success as both personal and organizational leaders depends on our ability to think creatively and to be creative. Our ability to be adaptable and flexible relies heavily on this important ability. We'll discuss why creativity is so important as well as Moe's 'Nifty-Nine' principles of creativity. These principles are not your typical principles and can easily (and with fun) be added to anyone's repertoire. The net result: a more creative you and one that can truly think of and develop new ideas and perspectives.
Leadership Takeoff: Real Leadership for Real People

Leadership Takeoff is about developing better personal and professional leadership. Since it stands to reason that we can’t be better organizational leaders unless we can best lead ourselves, we will always be looking to provide strategies, tactics and tools to better our own personal leadership. We will also explore better ways to be more effective as a business team member, managers and executives.
Since life never stops and we can’t just pull-over to take a break, we need to be the Pilot in Command, or PIC of our own lives, safely guiding ourselves through the turbulence of life and ultimately making safe and successful landings. We’ll show you how to do it through a variety of means, guests and always with an entertaining component or two.
