No Excuses Allowed. Patricia Walsh, our first guest became partially blind at the age of five and was totally blind by the age of 14. She has degrees in electrical engineering and computer science. Was an award winning engineer at Microsoft and is a world champion para-triathlete! Her story is one of determination to buck the overwhelming odds stacked against her, especially the naysayers. Walsh overcame challenges every step of the way, and people who confronted her with why reasons why she would not be able to succeed.She shares her amazing story and the three step process on how anyone can achieve amazing success. Our second guest is Kamin Samuel the first US Navy female African American helicopter pilot. The leadership lessons she learned in the Navy helped her move up the ranks in corporate America to the Vice President position. Kamin believes that once you are focused and your inner blocks are cleared dramatic results in experiencing more success is the result.

For more than 20 years Deanne has worked with managers and individuals to help break through personal and career roadblocks with her innovative strategies. She offers her abilities as a leader, certified business coach, and educator to corporations and organizations globally. Deanne demonstrates the adaptive thinking necessary for change in our present-day world.
