Through the stages of our lives we move from one home environment to another and maybe take the leap from family home, to dorm room, to apartment, to starter home and then finally, the place where we have spent the last thirty plus years raising our families and then experiencing the empty nest. In our life’s journey, many of us and many of our parents need to downsize or readjust to adapt to physical challenges of not being able to climb stairs or manage the upkeep of a huge home. This week, our guest, Lee-Ann Spacek who is a Senior Relocations Expert from North Coast Residential Relocation will talk about the options senior individuals have in looking for the next path on their journey for well being in their home environment. We will talk about decluttering, the real estate market, selling your home, making changes to increase market resale, finding the house and community to serve your goals and how someone can work with a Senior Relocation Advisor to find the perfect environment
