He is host of a show called, "Divine Cuisine" which is broadcast on over 400 stations globally including 5 satellite networks! He has his own radio show too. Served celebrities from around the world. Steven Nicolle

Steven Nicolle

Steven Nicolle has been working in the Hospitality Industry for over 35 years, starting with a bartending course he took in 1979. From that bartending course he worked in such places as England and Switzerland, to luxury cruise ships. It was a cruise ship where he met his wife of nearly 20 years.

Having been a Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, Maitre D’, and Food and Beverage Manager to name a few positions he has held, Steven can speak from experience when speaking on any topic regarding the Hospitality Industry. From here or abroad, Steven has an opinion on what it's like to work in the industry.

A teacher of bartending, and currently employed as a waiter, Steven has his ear to the ground on what is going on in the Hospitality Industry. A blogger since 2008, he has appeared on CNN as a guest on-line and has been on the documentary program called the Doc Zone where he imparts some words of wisdom regarding service. A recent graduate of the International Sommelier Guild, his active pursuit of knowledge and serving others makes Steven a must listen to host each week.

As the author of the book, “The Year of Drinking Adventurously,” host of the weekly online beverage news show “The Drinkable Week, editor of Beverage World magazine, and creator of the blog, drinkableglobe.com, Jeff Cioletti has been responsibly imbibing my way around the world. He joined Beverage World in January 2003 as senior editor and was promoted to editor in chief four years later. He currently serves as editor-at-large for the publication. Jordan is a Wine Educator and Wine Lover from Ontario, Canada. As the worlds youngest Certified Wine Educator, one of only about 400 worldwide, and recipient of this year's Banfi award for highest score in a single attempt on this difficult exam Jordan has had a quick journey through the world of wine education. Jordan's focus has been on teaching the teachers to attempt to improve knowledge in the industry as a whole. Andre Lessard worked a total of 13 years on cruise ships. A length of time not reached by many. Lessard worked with Norwegian Cruise Lines , Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Silversea Cruises and Renaissance Cruises. While with Renaissance Cruises he worked his way up to Hotel Manager. He has traveled extensively including a world cruise with Sun Viking of Royal Caribbean. With Silversea Cruises he became Chief Steward. Energetic and full of life Lessard knows a thing or two about working on ships. Although back on land for the past decade his fond memories of when he cruised the seven seas are fresh. Scott Magnuson has been doing two things longer than most: Working in bars & restaurants, and drinking & drugging. An addict at 14, Scott got his first job in a bar - an industry that would allow him to focus on his first true loves, drugs and alcohol. It was a good life, for a while. Evading the law, skirting the consequences of his actions, and leaving a trail of destruction in his wake. His world finally started crashing down around him 18 years later, and he was on the verge of losing his family, his business, and himself. That was July 12, 2011.
