If you practice meditation or have been wanting to learn how to center yourself and tap into that inner solitude that is all-knowing, this episode is for you. I will be joined by Nancy Gentle Boudrie, a wellness mentor, certified meditation instructor and Reiki Master & Teacher. Together we will discuss how living mindfully can help you manage life challenges, stress and transformation. You will learn some helpful tools and techniques as well as enjoy a guided meditation by Nancy.

We are most unhappy with our lives when we are living at the effect of conditions in which we’ve rendered ourselves powerless. Intentional Living shifts that dynamic and puts you in control of your life again. Being intentional requires understanding that your conscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings, attitudes and actions create your reality. It involves becoming aware of your self-limiting beliefs and blocks, and freeing yourself from past conditioning and habits that keep you stuck. It requires gaining clarity about who you are and what you want, and choosing how you “show up” in all situations. It’s simple, but rarely easy. Is it worth it? You get to decide.
