Episode Description

This episode is based on Mike Dooley's book, The Top Ten Things Dead People Want to Tell You. I will share how this book inspired me to go on a quest to understand how to start living fully after my mom passed away in 2013. If you are ready to learn how to thrive on earth, this show will inspire you and motivate you to embrace the adventure of LIVING.

Intentional Living

Archives Available on VoiceAmerica Empowerment Channel

We are most unhappy with our lives when we are living at the effect of conditions in which we’ve rendered ourselves powerless. Intentional Living shifts that dynamic and puts you in control of your life again. Being intentional requires understanding that your conscious and unconscious thoughts, feelings, attitudes and actions create your reality. It involves becoming aware of your self-limiting beliefs and blocks, and freeing yourself from past conditioning and habits that keep you stuck. It requires gaining clarity about who you are and what you want, and choosing how you “show up” in all situations. It’s simple, but rarely easy. Is it worth it? You get to decide.
