Throughout the year I had some terrific leaders as my guests who discussed leadership, culture and organization development issues and cutting edge practices. I feel much honored to have so many great people willing to share their perspectives. This show will take a look at many of the issues we talked about and the themes and lessons that emerged that we all need to consider as we enter the New Year. We will discuss the implications for all of us such as the still-lagging women in the workplace, how to crack command-and-control leadership and how to put frameworks in place that provide guidance, build capability and add value to the organization of the future.
