As we enter the final week of the year, it is extremely important that we all see where we are and what we have achieved. By doing this, we can understand everything we did to get us to the particular point in which we are today. Stop and reassess is a very interesting concept that we use at FocalPoint Coaching which allows us to review where we are with a particular client, particularly after finishing a very important task. For you, as we end this 2015, it will require evaluating what you did this year, your goals, your plans and all the actions you implemented. Then you can review where you are at in every single item of your plan and whether or not you achieved your goals.
