The human body is an incredibly complex structure with multiple systems working together to provide us with emotional balance, optimal health and mobility. When one or more of these systems are disrupted through physical injuries, illness, surgeries, emotional trauma, and/or daily stressors, the result may be pain, disability and dysfunction. Licensed Physical Therapist, Tracy Lin will discuss how the gentle, non-invasive technique of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) helps to modify and correct restrictions within the body, enhancing its natural self-corrective and regulating abilities. You’ll learn about the difference between Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Physical Therapy, the benefits and types of health conditions that CST can treat, and what happens during a CST session. You can benefit from a “wellness tune-up” to achieve optimal health, regardless of whether or not physical and/or emotional pain are visibly diminishing your quality of life.
