Yet companies can't have speed in decisions and execution if they have a culture that is slow, bureaucratic and lacks trust and honesty. A culture of open communication and collaboration is essential. Having just spent days with Silicon Valley Titans – I realize that culture is foremost on their minds. Transforming your culture for agility and speed is not easy. In this episode, my guest is John Mattone who will share his research and findings in his new and exciting book "Cultural Transformation."
