It’s Absolutely All About You

The content of my show follows a book I'm writing called "It's Absolutely All About You". The book describes how we have been taught as children that the things that happen in our life cannot be about us, so the big question is if it's not about us then who is it about? It’s very confusing when on the other hand we are supposed to have good self-esteem, high levels of confidence and self-worth. The book has been written as I was inspired throughout my career to empower clients while being a psychotherapist, life coach and even as a parent to four children. My career path as an entrepreneur, being in contact with so many clients, has afforded me the opportunity to put together techniques to help others find their inner peace and healing. A variety of topics are explored based on chapters of the book. The ultimate goal is to feel empowered to find the greatness that exists in each one of us which will be accomplished by reading and applying the techniques described in the book.
Aileen Nunez
Aileen Nunez is the Founder of Famwell Healing Center. Through her diverse career as an entrepreneur, life transitions coach and psychotherapist for over 25 years, she has touched many people in the South Florida area. In her authentic style, she demonstrates her love and passion for her work and engages others to achieve inner healing. She has used her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Thomas University to strategically use Psycho-education to work with individuals.
Aileen also practices the use of meditation and hypnosis with clients suffering from trauma, phobias, anxiety and depression. In meditation, she has used a serene and peaceful approach to silencing the mind to allow healing and cleansing of past issues to gain personal freedom and empowerment to achieve Greatness.
Aileen was featured on the front cover of the October 2015 edition of Women of Distinction magazine. Her latest endeavor includes writing a book which she titled, "It's Absolutely All About You". This is a book which includes a guide to all the different emotions that we each experience and about finding the empowerment to heal from within. It has been through her own life and career experiences that she writes brilliantly on how we can each live a purposeful life filled with abundance.
