Change is always present in everything we do, whether it is in or personal or professional lives. It affects our society, our families and the companies we work and interact with. George Bernard Shaw said “Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” This is why understanding that change can have positive and everlasting implications of growth, evolution and transformation is extremely important in today’s world. As a Business Performance Coach I am constantly looking for new ways to help business owners and entrepreneurs. Luis Vicente Garcia is a Focal Point Business Performance Coach, founding Member of the Brian Tracy International Trainers, Best-selling Author and an International Speaker. As a highly motivated Speaker and Business Leader, he coaches and trains thousands of people in countries throughout the Americas, focusing on Business Performance, Goals, Success and Leadership.

He wrote two Spanish language books on franchising and has co-authored seven best-selling books with prominent leaders such as Jack Canfield, Marshal Goldsmith, Carlos Slim, Joe Vitale and Brian Tracy.
