ESOP implementation is significantly easier to accomplish, dramatically less expensive, not as disruptive to the day-to-day business activities as a standard due diligence process, yet provides an attractive valuation, allows the owner to maintain control and collect the proceeds under very efficient tax exempt guidelines, all while being fully supported by the US Government.
